Delete in the app
Open PlugSense, go to the Profile tab, scroll to the account section, and tap Delete Account. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Current product note: account settings live inside the Profile area. The app no longer uses a separate standalone Settings screen for deletion.
If you lost access to the app
Restore access with the original sign-in method you used for PlugSense, then complete deletion from the Profile tab inside the app.
- Use the same email/password or Sign in with Apple path you used when the account was created.
- If password reset is available, complete that flow first and then sign back in.
- The public website intentionally does not collect your registered email address, display name, or manual identity-verification details.
What gets removed from active systems
- Profile record, user stats, saved chargers, routes, achievements, cooldowns, and notification device registrations
- Check-ins, live presence records, and associated account-linked community data
- Tesla link state and stored Tesla auth material for your account
- Apple Search Ads attribution record associated with your account
- Firebase authentication account after backend data deletion completes in-app
Timing and what may remain briefly
In-app deletion is processed immediately against active account systems. Some backups, logs, or aggregated analytics may persist for a limited period where legally permitted and operationally necessary.
