1. Delete In-App

When the app supports it, the cleanest path is: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

2. Delete by Email

If the user cannot access the app, they can send a deletion request from their registered email address to support@plugsenses.app .

3. Processing

Verified requests should be processed promptly. A 30-day outside window is a reasonable public commitment for account deletion follow-through.

Use the registered address. That helps the team confirm ownership before deleting personal account data.

Information to Include

  • The email address used for the PlugSense account
  • The user's display name if available
  • A clear request to permanently delete the account

What Deletion Usually Covers

  • Profile data and login-related account records
  • Saved preferences linked directly to the account
  • Personal identifiers tied to support history where feasible

De-identified, aggregated service analytics may still be retained when they can no longer be linked back to a specific user.
