PlugSense helps reduce uncertainty, not eliminate it.
Last updated: April 6, 2026
1. No Guarantee of Accuracy
PlugSense may display charging locations, connector details, pricing, live status, and reliability estimates, but those data points can become outdated or incorrect at any time.
2. Third-Party Data Dependence
The product may depend on public and partner data feeds, infrastructure providers, and community submissions. PlugSense cannot independently guarantee every upstream signal.
3. Reliability Scores Are Estimates
Reliability scores should be treated as guidance, not warranties. A station with a high score may still be broken, occupied, blocked, or incompatible when a driver arrives.
4. User Reports Can Be Imperfect
Community check-ins improve the product, but user-submitted notes and outcomes may still contain mistakes, bias, or stale information.
5. Route Planning Is Guidance Only
Range, terrain, weather, charging queues, and hardware conditions vary. Drivers should still plan fallback options and confirm compatibility before starting a trip.
6. Use at Your Own Risk
Drivers remain responsible for verifying charger suitability, safety, pricing, and availability before beginning or continuing a charging session.
