without a paid subscription. If paid features are introduced later, they should be
explained clearly in-app and on production marketing pages.
Are reliability scores guaranteed?
No. They are directional trust signals built from available data, not guarantees of
live charger performance.
Can I rely on route-planning suggestions alone?
You should treat route suggestions as guidance, then confirm charger suitability,
connector compatibility, and fallback options before starting a long trip.
Where does station data come from?
PlugSense can combine data from public and partner feeds such as Open Charge Map,
NREL, and operator integrations, then merge that with community check-ins.
