Short version: PlugSense uses account, location, and service activity data to power charger discovery, reliability features, and support operations. It does not need to sell personal data to provide the service.

This Privacy Policy explains what information PlugSense may collect through its mobile app, website, and related services, how that information is used, and what choices users have.

With permission, the app may use precise device location for nearby charger discovery, route planning, and proximity validation for check-ins.

Activity Information

PlugSense may store charger views, search activity, saved stations, and submitted check-ins such as worked, blocked, slow charge, or failed outcomes.
